The judge rejected the Trump administration's claim that suspending the parole programs was within its broad discretion to direct immigration policy

White House hits rogue judge who ruled for migrant parole program
The White House will "fight this in a court of law" after a judge blocked the Trump administration from ending a migrant parole program for those from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela, press secretary Karoline Leavitt said Tuesday.

A U.S. federal judge has inflicted another blow to the Trump administration’s efforts to end a multiple Biden-era parole program for hundreds of thousands of migrants from Afghanistan, Latin America and Ukraine.

U.S. District Judge Indira Talwani of Massachusetts on Wednesday ordered the Trump administration to resume processing applications from those migrants who are seeking work permits or renewing their status.

Talwani, an appointee of former President Barack Obama, rejected the Trump administration's claim that suspending the parole programs was within its broad discretion to direct immigration policy.

If it was created by Biden, or at least his automatic signature machine, why can't the next POTUS do the same to get rid of it?  Oh, I forget it was a federal judge. :judge:

It was created by an Executive Order Biden pulled out his @$$.  It can be un-created by an Executive Order Trump pulls out his @$$.

Executive Orders are not laws; they lack the persistence and permanence of law; and it could be argued that they are only valid during the Term(s) of the President taht issued them.

EO's can only be reversed or suspended by a Dem President.
