So it won't be Daylight Savings time anymore, just the same time every day of the year

I read that it still has to have Fed approval. I sure hope that happens.

Lest you forget we tried this permanent DSL back in 1974.  Congress passed it and it lasted 18 months before they repealed it.  Be careful what you wish for.
