How do you give "due process" to 10+ million illegal border crossers expeditiously before they give birth to an anchor baby, marry an American citizen, or become parents to Citizen children?
Biden and Mayorkas intentionally "flooded the zone" with illegal border crossers to intentially overwhelm imimgration courts and to keep them in the US via de facto means instead of by de jure means.
I say mass hire immigration judges to hold hearings for each illegal border crosser to prove there is a codified, legal reason, above and beyond Executive Orders, for them to legally remain in the US.
It may require industrializing the immigration court system to deport all of Biden's illegal border crossers.
Of course, the illegals' lawyers will seek appeal and seek to keep the illegal border crosser in the country during that appeal. I say let them wait out their appeals in their countries of origin. They can attend their hearings via Zoom.
