When DOGE went to audit the African Development Foundation, its CFO locked them out. The move was heralded by Democrats and the media as heroic. Turns out, when people resist audits, it's because they have something to hide. Today the agency's CFO admitted taking bribes. Mathieu Zahui, CFO of the USAID-style federal agency, admitted to doing exactly what the Trump team suspected was common in foreign aid. Money was sent to his friend in Africa as a "pass-through," it then came back to him ($12k in bribes) and others in D.C.
