I would be so trigger-happy against thugs like this if I were a cop...

This is the most restraint I've ever seen a cop exercise...

Especially as this was by a highway, the cop was reckless not to shoot him earlier.

That perp could have pushed the cop into one of the trucks that sped by.
He needs a long time in jail
