A Wisconsin teen allegedly killed his parents to "obtain the financial means and autonomy necessary" to kill President Donald Trump and overthrow the U.S. government, federal authorities said in court documents.

Nikita Casap, 17, was arrested in March and charged with two counts of first-degree murder and two counts of hiding a corpse, according to Waukesha County authorities. Other charges include theft of property over $10,000 and misappropriating ID to obtain money.

Court documents show investigators are pursing federal charges including conspiracy, presidential assassination and use of weapons of mass destruction.

The teen's stepfather, Donald Mayer, 51, and mother, Tatiana Casap, 35, were both found dead inside their home by the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department on March 1, according to a press release from the department.

The sheriff's department issued a search warrant and say they found material on the teen's phone related to "The Order of Nine Angles," which is "a network of individuals holding new-Nazi racially motivated extremist views," according to investigators.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation reviewed documents allegedly written by the teen, which calls for the assassination of Trump and the start of a revolution to "save the white race," according to federal court documents. ...

Given the names of the mother and step-son, I assumed she was a "mail order bride."

A Wisconsin teenager arrested 800 miles from where his parents were found slain has been charged with murder, with prosecutors alleging he lived with their dead bodies for weeks.

Nikita Casap’s parents, Tatiana Casap, 35, and stepfather, Donald Mayer, 51, were found dead in their home on February 28, The Independent previously reported. ...

Waukesha County District Attorney Lesli Boese has accused Casap of shooting his mother at least three times — twice in the stomach and once in the neck on February 11 — two weeks before police attended the home, reports NBC News. ...

The teen then reportedly continued to live at home with his parents’ dead bodies for nearly two weeks until February 23, when he fled with “$14,000 in cash” and contacted another person to obtain fake plates, said Boese.

In another twist, Casap also allegedly filmed his stepfather’s dead body a week after the alleged murder, according to a video police obtained from a camera memory card.

At one point, Casap stood leering over his stepfather’s corpse, preparing to take a picture, while another camera filmed him doing so.

Then he was heard in the clip saying, “So you can see him there. I can literally see the ******* rotting body,” reports NBC News.

Casap is also believed to have contacted a person in Russian or Romanian. The suspect is originally from Moldova and has relatives overseas. ...

This teen was part of a small neo-Nazi group that was helping him with the plot to assassinate Trump. It is a good example of how the anarchist left and the neo-Nazi crowd often have almost indistinguishable views.

(page 6, footnote, affidavit), three months before the killings.

The parents were killed the evening of Feb. 11.  Text messages from the father's phone to his work explained he was sick on Feb. 13. On Feb. 23, the family's black VW SUV drove away from the house.  On Feb. 28, family members contacted authorities because the family was out of contact for two weeks.

The mom's body, deceased from gunshot wounds and covered in blankets, was found in the garage. The stepdad was on the first floor of the home, also deceased from gunshot wounds and covered in blankets.  A receipt for a .357 magnum revolver was found, but not the gun. The parents were killed two hours apart, at 6:30 and 8:40 p.m.

The crimes allegedly happened in Waukesha County, Wisconsin. On Feb. 24, the suspect and the family dog were at a truck stop in Iowa.
On Feb. 28, police in Kansas stopped the vehicle, the revolver and ammo were in plain view inside the car.

Info inside one cell phone found the suspect had connections to The Order Of 9 Angels, O9A.

Police found Telegram messages in the Russian language, saying, "Drag them to the basement" and giving other instructions. Messages used a Ukrainian phone number, and declared that the hoped-for violence and chaos were intended to be blamed on Russia.
