Where does this Judge Live?

Maybe Trump could have a detention center built within a few hundred feet away. Then he could really do a good job representing their interests and protecting them.
I display the Confederate Battle Flag in honor of my great great great grandfathers who spilled blood at Wilson's Creek and Shiloh.  5 others served in the WBTS with honor too.

Very interesting.  Thanks.

U.S. District Judge Paula Xinis has now been told to get bent by Chief Justice Roberts. Which is the necessary correction in this case.

Oh, and it turns out that she isn't the ultimate authority in this case or in any other.

Never said this court was the ultimate authority; I said the courts are the ultimate authority when it comes to applying law to specific facts, and that still holds.

And until a higher court has overturned a lower court, that lower court is the ultimate authority.

The only legitimate, law-abiding response to a court order one does not like is to appeal it, or to ignore it or start demonizing the judge.

Y’all should still be ashamed of the way you’ve been carrying on. If a bunch of liberals were acting the way you’ve been acting, you certainly would not have agreed with them.

Yep, it seems that Roberts has gotten the message that he needs to rein in these rogue district judges, or else 1) Trump's going to refuse to abide by their orders and start ignoring them altogether, and/or 2) Congress is going to strip away those judges' jurisdiction and authority, or else dissolve or reorganize their districts.

Roberts talks leadership in discussion on Supreme Court

https://www.cnn.com/2015/11/21/politics/john-roberts-charles-evans-hughes/index.html

Quote
Chief Justice John Roberts took a breather from a blockbuster docket of cases in Washington Friday night to travel to New York to discuss another chief justice from another time.

In an unusual and lively talk, Roberts revealed his deep understanding of the court’s history but also his thoughts on the role of the chief justice, its limits and opportunities for leadership, and why no one on the current court will ever run for president.

The talk was sponsored by the Historical Society of the New York Courts and the subject was Charles Evans Hughes, a man who began his career in politics, served as an associate justice of the Supreme Court, left for a failed bid for the presidency and then eventually returned as chief justice in 1930. Hughes guided the court through the tumultuous days of Franklin Delano Roosevelt’s controversial court-packing plan.

“It fell to Hughes,” Roberts said, “to guide a very unpopular Supreme Court through that high noon showdown against America’s most popular president since George Washington.”

(snip)

He added that there are opportunities as a chief justice to lead. “Somebody does have to moderate the discussion,” he said. “Somebody does have to do what they can to maintain order and decorum during arguments … somebody does have to represent the institution to the outside world and to the other political branches.”

You do understand that lying again and again here makes anything you say untrustworthy, don't you?

Here is the actual quote from your own post:
Wow.  You really are a crypto fascist.  When it comes to applying the law to a particular set of parties and a particular set of facts that have been brought before a court, that court is the ultimate authority on how the law applies to those facts. You, too, should be reading some ConLaw 101 instead of letting your fascist panties show online.https://www.gopbriefingroom.com/index.php?topic=557339.new#new
