Ron Klain, former Chief of Staff to President Biden, is revealing new details in a new book about the former president–including describing him as “out of it” ahead of his debate with Donald Trump. Ashley Allison, former National Coalitions Director for the 2020 Biden-Harris campaign, says it’s “unacceptable” voters are just now learning this.
