Judge’s are supposed to recuse themselves from any decisions that could even remotely look like there’s a conflict of interest. But these judges aren’t ruling on cases, they are left-wing activists who are also protecting their families’ livelihoods. The conflict of interest is glaring.

The daughter of DC District Court Chief Judge James Boasberg is employed by a nonprofit that received millions in government funding, opposes the Laken Riley Act — and whose founder argued that the jurist “rightly” blocked President Trump from swiftly deporting alleged Venezuelan gang members.

Why is it I'm not surprised?

The battle has just begun, but with every victory in court that further cements the unified presidency the benefit to our republic can't be understated. What Pres. Trump is doing is beyond belief.

In the end these corrupt district judges will be exposed for who they are and they will never advance.
We have a beach head. Now it's time to win the war and save the Republic.

One should be very careful about imputing judicial conflicts of interest based solely on the activities that a judge's family members - children or spouse - are involved in without showing more concrete, specific evidence of actual conflict.

Then Justice Thomas should have recused himself - why was there no call here for that recusal?

Does it matter?  She has a reputation to protect for advocating for certain causes, and that is essentially what you all are arguing here.


Just an erg of consistency every once in a while would be nice.  Outcome-oriented approaches to power are a sign of tyranny and usually adopted by the left; that they are so readily adopted by the right without a scintilla of embarrassment is very disappointing.
