LOL!

I'm sure some "judge" will think they can stop the Chief Executive. In the end these "tin pot dictators" in black robes will stop trying to give themselves Article 2 powers, or they will be ignored. I hope it doesn't come down to the latter because once the judicial branch losses all credibility the constitutional republic will be forever changed. None of this is Pres. Trump's fault. Lets hope the SCOTUS finds the courage to save itself and clarifies that the POTUS is the Chief Executive not district judges.
We have a beach head. Now it's time to win the war and save the Republic.

No, sir.
We WANT the Constitutional Republic to BE "forever changed"...

And that is accomplished by TAKING AWAY at least some of "the powers" that federal judges currently THINK that they have.

How much "credibility" does the judicial branch have NOW...?

No one other than Mr. Trump is in a better position to bring about these "changes" and force them upon the judiciary...

Yes, Trump has the right to invoke Acts that have passed, otherwise, I don't agree.  We have a Constitutional Republic, we do NOT want a dictatorship, nor do we want the Constitution changed other than by amendments as indicated in our Constitution.

As much as I like most of the things that Trump is doing, ruling by executive order is pretty much what he has done so far and that is not going to suffice because as we all know, when the DEMS get in office, they will likely rescind what he's done.

We have a Senate and a House where laws are supposed to be implemented and passed and it is then up to the President to decide whether or not to sign them into law.

Trump needs to direct his Republican Congress to start implementing bills that he can sign.  They can no longer sit on their butts and do nothing and that is exactly what is happening and we now have liberal judges challenging him.

  • I was a "conspiracy theorist". Now I'm just right.
The Senate and House abdicated much of their legislative authority to the Deep State agencies, long ago. Where they promulgate regulations...with the force of law, but Congress doesn't take any heat for passing those laws.

It is time for Congress to do it's own dirty work, or not do it at all.

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
