South American Theft Gang Busted for Terrorizing Long Island Neighborhoods

Three illegal aliens from Colombia have been arrested for multiple burglaries targeting homes in upscale neighborhoods on Long Island, NY.
On Friday, information about the case was made public after two of the suspects entered not guilty pleas during arraignment in a Nassau County Court.
Between Nov. 29 and Dec. 21 of 2024, the Colombians are suspected of breaking into at least four houses in Old Westbury and Muttontown, Long Island Life and Politics reports.
In each case, authorities say the suspects shattered rear windows while the residences were unoccupied and proceeded to enter and steal jewelry, diamonds, gold, designer handbags, safes, family heirlooms, and over $250,000 cash.
