According to Emergency Officials, there were 64 Passengers and 4 Crew Members onboard the Canadair Regional Jet CRJ-700 operating as PSA Airlines Flight 5342, when it crashed earlier at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport near D.C. The Passengers who were possibly onboard the “Black Hawk” are still Unknown.

According to Reuters, an Official has stated that there were No Senior Military Officials onboard the “Black Hawk” Helicopter which crashed earlier at Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport near D.C.

Fox News quoted a recording of air traffic control communications at the time of the CRJ-700 airliner-Army H-60  helicopter collision:

ATC to the Army H-60: “Do you have the CRJ in sight.”

 The crash apparently happened directly after.

The helicopter was lower than the aircraft at the point of impact, meaning that the lower portion of the plane struck the rotors of the helicopter.
