FLASHBACK: “Expert Consensus” of 1978 claimed the SCIENCE was SETTLED and earth was to FREEZE over within 50 years due to ICE AGE

All of the so-called climate “experts” in the United States had reached a consensus in 1978, according to “recent evidence” at the time, the Earth was quickly entering a new Ice Age, and everyone would soon freeze to death if we didn’t all act very quickly. “It could come sooner than anyone expected,” as the narrative unfolded. “At weather stations in the far north, temperatures have been dropping for 30 years!” Very scary stuff. Were all the polar bears dying then?

Sea coasts, that were long free of summer ice, were now remaining frozen over and blocked off all year long, according to the “authorities” and “climate experts.” Mind you, this is less than 50 years ago, and only about 25 years before the entire narrative flipped and became the “global warming” scare that Al “Ponzi” Gore propagated.

According to expert climatologists just 50 years ago, in this lifetime, we may all be living in the next Ice Age. Oh, the drama. Get your heavy-duty blankets from storage now. Buy lots of thermal undergarments, gloves and hats for the kids, and get ready.
