HOUSTON, Texas — ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations officers repatriated a 58-year-old Mexican national who is accused of raping a child in his home country. The illegal alien from Mexico had illegally entered the U.S. on four occasions.

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement Removal Operations (ERO) transported Nestor Flores Encarnacion from the Montgomery Processing Center in Conroe, Texas, to the Juarez-Lincoln Bridge in Laredo, Texas. ERO officers walked the man who illegally entered the United States four times across the bridge to Mexico. The officers transferred custody of the prisoner to Mexican authorities.
 
“This foreign fugitive brazenly entered the U.S. in violation of our nation’s laws on four separate occasions to evade prosecution in Mexico for allegedly raping a child,” said ERO Houston Field Office Director Bret A. Bradford. “Dangerous foreign fugitives and criminal aliens who are accused of, or have committed, heinous crimes like sexually assaulting a child will find no safe haven in Southeast Texas.”

“Our immigration officers work tirelessly to successfully locate and apprehend undocumented aliens in the Houston area who threaten public safety, national security, and border security, and will not rest until they’re repatriated to their country of origin and no longer a threat to the community,” Director Bradford stated.

I'm certain the MSM would tell you this is such a waste of time.  If ICE just ignored the murderers and rapists Biden allowed into this country, they wouldn't have to spend so much time re-arresting them. *****rollingeyes*****

Four illegal entries carries a sentence of 6½ years.  Keep him in prison for that span, then deport him.

Just drop him off the plane at a few feet higher each time deported. He should be at 25 ft by now.

6.5 years in prison after entering FOUR TIMES ILLEGALLY is just pathetic.

Unless Trump modifies the penalties, codified by Congress, we will always be subject to the Democommies pulling a Biden.

I suggest something along the following:

1st time caught as ILLEGAL INVADER, indicted and prosecuted for felonious entry in the USA.  Requires being booked as a criminal, with fingerprints, DNA, photos, etc.  ONE YEAR in prison, no time off for early release.  DEPORTATION UPON RELEASE

2nd time as ILLEGAL INVADER, no trial, automatic return to prison for THREE YEARS, no early release.  DEPORTATION UPON RELEASE

3rd time as ILLEGAL INVADER, no trial, automatic return to prison for FIVE YEARS, no early release.  DEPORTATION UPON RELEASE

4th time as ILLEGAL INVADER, no trial, automatic return to prison for TEN YEARS, no early release.  DEPORTATION UPON RELEASE

5th time as ILLEGAL INVADER, no trial, automatic return to prison for LIFE, no release. 

Anything less is just plain stupid.

As a last note, since only 8% qualify for refugee status, end program as operated.  Requests for refugee status should require application originated in country of origin ONLY, through our embassies or consulates.  No exception.

under your plan the he still receives food, board, free healthcare and education for up to life. I am gonna have to stick with  :reaper:
