Trump Moves To Free Jan 6 Prisoners, Signs Several Executive Orders

President Donald Trump signed the first batch of nearly 200 expected day one executive orders following Monday’s inaugural parade, which was moved indoors due to dangerously cold temperatures outside. As part of his first official act, the president moved to free the January 6

Prior to Trump’s emergence behind the podium at the Capitol One Center — which was adorned with the presidential seal — the crowd of nearly 20,000 Trump supporters heard from Steve Witkoff, who played a key role in negotiating a ceasefire deal between Israel and Hamas. The deal has already led to the release of three Israeli hostages from Gaza, while several more will be released in the coming days if the terms of the agreement are honored.

Several freed hostages — many of whom are American citizens — then shook hands with the commander-in-chief onstage.

Trump then turned his attention to the more than 1,600 American hostages who were seized by the Biden Administration in the years following the January 6 Capitol protests. “And you know tonight I’m going to be signing on the J6 hostages pardons to get them out. And as soon as I leave I’m going to the Oval Office and we’ll be signing pardons for a lot of people,” the president said.

As the speech was going on, preparations were being made to release the Biden Administration’s political prisoners as early as tonight. Footage captured from on-the-ground reporter Ford Fischer showed a sizable group of Trump supporters who gathered outside the D.C. jail, where they belted out chants of “USA” in anticipation of releases.

Just got word that the Bureau of Prisons is processing J6ers including those with violent offender charges.

Cannot wait for all the coming civil lawsuits ... and the amounts they will receive.
It is going to be the 'bloodbath' that Trump predicted not on the streets, but in the courts.

Problem is that accepting the pardons are an admission of guilt, and therefore it will be hard for them to make any claims thereof in civil court.

I was just hung up on by a guard who told me they would not release prisoners until 8AM tomorrow. I told her she is violating Federal Law Title 18 Section 242, Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law. I will find you lady. Bad decision.  FMC Fort Worth is refusing to cooperate with patriots trying to pick the hostages up. @POTUS

I just called and was informed that because today is a holiday there is no one there to do the paperwork to process them out. So I asked the poor operator (who said I'd have to call back tomorrow to speak to someone in charge) that the public is not going to be happy to know that no one can work overtime to release these people who have been pardoned by the nation's highest office today.

Trump needs to fire some folks at that facility.

This will only add to the damages.  Illegal prosecution.  Denial of civil rights.  Obstruction of justice.  Destruction of evidence.  And now false imprisonment.

I think many of these 'political prisons' will be closed permanently, and the staff will be fired outright.

Realistically, today is a national holiday.  Federal employees at the work site are few and far between.

Tomorrow, I am sure the sense of urgency will be high to get these folks processed to freedom.  Again, this begins to conclude a dark chapter in the Democommies' effort to destroy this nation.
