Texas House elects Dustin Burrows Speaker of the House

Today the Texas House of Represenatives elected Dustin Burrows as speaker of the Texas House despite David Cook having been selected for that position by the Republican caucus in December. The vote was 85 for Burrows and 65 fo Cook.

Every Democrat and 33 "Republicans" voted for Burrows.

Current make-up of the Texas House is 88R and 62D.

Can anyone guess why we are  9999hair out0000 down here?

Every Republican who voted for Burrows should have their party membership revoked by the Texas Republican Party.

They got elected under the pretext of being a Republican.  Now they have been exposed as being in the other party by joining Dems to elect a Speaker.

Last time the administration placed a target on the back of the turncoats and got rid of 1/3 of them.

It's time to go to war with them now that we know exactly who the turncoats are! I won't be satisfied until we are rid of every one of them.
