Turdle has devolved into the only of a few dissenting votes of the steamroller of fixing the government on our side.    What an embarrassment for him.  From legendary influential Majority Leader to a whimpering broken noodle at the end.   :beer:

I don’t think so. I know if the VP is not present to cast a tie-breaker, it end in a tie and the confirmation fails. At least, that is my belief.

I listened to the press briefing and question was asked about McConnell voting no -- press secy response was that they are certainly disappointed with any Republican voting against the president's selections/agenda.

Gabbard does have the votes and has been confirmed.

IMHO the Turtle is barking up the wrong tree.
