These New US Navy Ships Are a Cut Above the Rest
 
The US Navy is in the process of revamping a good portion of its inventory. As such, we're seeing new ships launching over the next few years. Some are already active today, as you'll see throughout today's list. Today, we're diving into the latest ships used by the US Navy.

My preference would be to serve on a Destroyer.  More topside space.  Smaller crew, you get to know everyone. More traditional warship.

The new stealthy models (Zumwalt class) don't seem to have much of a promenade deck.

Yup, they're almost like a submarine that just runs on the surface all the time...
