BREAKING: the federal court of appeals just ruled that Texas has the right to build the razor wire border wall that we have constructed to deny illegal entry into our state.and that Biden was wrong to cut our razor wire.

I didn't read super deep, but skimming it looks like the Appeals court acknowledged that Texas does indeed have a border which they can enforce if no Federal measures are taken.

That's the first court decision I can recall where that was true, and unless I misunderstood that is a huge precedent.
