WND 11/18/2024

Advocates say people are in fear of deportation

A community of thousands of Haitians dumped on a small and unsuspecting Ohio town now, apparently, is leaving. At least some of them.

WND previously has reported that the controversy in Springfield, Ohio, developed as a result of the Joe Biden-Kamala Harris open borders program.

Business owner Tim Boggs said he's been trying to help Christians escaping from the persecution in Cuba obtain legal status in the United States. But federal immigration officials have delayed movement on the problems, for as long as two years, to help Haitians.

The tens of thousands of Haitians in Springfield are part of the more than 300,000 Haitians who have arrived in the U.S. illegally, under the Biden-Harris regime.

The Democrats have given the illegal aliens permission to stay and work.

buh bye

These 'deportations' need to be conducted/confined to unannounced flights from suburban regional airports...in the dead of night...with no media...no cameras, etc..

...just the way they dumped upon our population.

Where are they leaving to. Seriously I am glad to see illegals go, but I don't want this to be "passing the trash" to other unsuspecting community of legitimate Americans.

Yes, that would be good to know. For all we know, they're headed for our towns.

Haitian Migrants Are Reportedly Fleeing Springfield, Ohio, ‘In Droves’ Over Mass Deportation Fears
by Cassandra MacDonald Nov. 18, 2024 9:45 am770 Comments

Haitian migrants are reportedly fleeing Springfield, Ohio, “in droves” over deportation fears following President-elect Donald Trump’s election win.

Trump had singled out the town, which is overrun with migrants, by saying that they were eating people’s pets during a presidential debate in September.

“In Springfield, they’re eating the dogs, the people that came in, they’re eating the cats,” said Trump. “They’re eating the pets of the people that live there.”

The soundbite was remixed into a song that went massively viral on TikTok.

Speaking to The Guardian, Margery Koveleski, whose family is Haitian, said that people are self-deporting.

Dems - some are more equal than others.

If they entered the US legally and their presence is legal, stay.

If they entered the US illegally, send them home.

The Biden Admin waved their magic "Assylum Refugee" wand to "legalize" some immigrants after they entered the country illegally.  Send them home.  They should not be allowed to remain in the United States while their assylumn/refugee status awaits ajudication.  The longer they stay, the more difficult it will be to deport them.  The "Dreamers" are an example of this.  Also, the longer they remain in the US, the more time and opportunity they have to birth an anchor baby or marry an American citizen, causing familial deportation issues.

I see nothing in the article which indicates they are leaving the US.  Chances are they are simply leaving Springfield.

Does anyone believe they will leave the country on their own free will and return to the hellhole they came from?  That would be very naïve.

I'd bet money they'll never return to Haiti. Puppies and kitties beware!

Agreed; Haitians, Venezuelan gangs and others headed for our towns.

Definitely a humanitarian issue as well, but we MUST ensure that Americans are safe first and foremost.

The article states they are leaving due to a fear of deportation.

If they just leave Ohio, but still stay in the US, then they still could be deported.

Yes, but they are a bigger target more likely to be deported if they remain in Springfield.

They will do whatever they can not to return to Haiti
