Maybe there aren't enough EV trucks to distribute the charging stations, and they have to limit the amount of use of the gas guzzlers to save the planet. *****rollingeyes*****

To be fair, battery-powered EVs.  His fondness for hybrids or fuel cell EVs is noticeably lacking.
