The U.S. Army has made a landmark decision by canceling its Future Attack Reconnaissance Aircraft, FARA, program decision that shifts its approach to aviation modernization. Army officials also cited lessons learned from the operational capabilities of the OH-58 Kiowa, which has long served as a critical reconnaissance asset.
