There is absolutely no sustainability whatsoever in alternatives to gas-power cars. 

Electricity cannot match up to the power of transportation directly using hydrocarbons.

Don't forget to pull the breakers while you're there.
Pennsylvania is a surprise.
There is only one of these States I would likely drive in (I can duck PA and take I-64). My folks and a few relatives live there. It would be a small border incursion into the People's Republic of MD to get there from Virginia, which for the moment, is still relatively sane.

I wonder about boats? Is the fishing industry going back to sail, because batteries big enough to drive a commercial fishing vessel would likely sink it, and the thought of a fire on board...

Why not just go back to horses?

Oh wait, libs are already getting their way with bicycles and official “vehicle” status for bike lanes on the roads, so I guess they covered their “eco” “sustainable” mantra.  Wouldn’t that all be better than electric?

The good thing about boats is, many people already know how to truly “sail”.  There are lots of sailboats on the regular waterways.  But aren’t too many people that know how to handle horses.

EVs are NOT the answer to anything.  We do not have the electric grid capability to support ANY state, including California, with the notion of EVs only.  JUST NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!

The Democommies are just plain stupid people.  STUPID!!!  Remember, it was the bartender from New York that came up with this idiotic Green New Deal(SCAM).   It will NEVER happen.

If Trump wanted to really kill this nonsense, he would end the subsidizing done by the federal government with the purchase of EVs for those that can afford them.

I will never own an EV.  NEVER!

If this fantasy were to unfold and happen, what the corrupt government would do would be to elevate the tax on carbon based fuel systems to make up for the loss of revenue with all the EVs operating on the roads.  And then there would be a surcharge on electric that would double the price of electric to charge said EVs.
