The Lordships at the Californian Coastal Commission have admitted they are disallowing extra Space X launches from Vandenberg Space Force Base because they don’t like Elon’s tweets. And they even said so out loud. It’s so third-world.

Politicians can't even assure anyone they won't kill someone driving home.  And they worry some rocket is going to kill a shark?  Do they understand how big the ocean is?

I have read that sharks are the oldest living creatures. I really don't think this a concern. They (and roaches) will out live all of us.
