In Case You Missed It Dept.:

Kamala's husband Doug Emhoff was accused by an ex-girlfriend Thursday of slapping her for flirting with another man. He also impregnated his daughter's nanny. Last week a female reporter confronted Doug about his past behavior and he didn't know whether to knock her up or knock her out.

The International Longshoremen reached a tentative deal on wages with the Maritime Alliance through January 15th to give time to work out a permanent deal. It was a close call for us all. Had the strike dragged on, President Biden might have had to tap the nation’s Strategic Toilet Paper Reserve.

The Biden administration faced criticism over its lax Hurricane Helene response Monday. Joe Biden spent all weekend at a Delaware beach and Kamala attended fundraisers in California. The administration response was such a disaster that FEMA has set up its trailers on the White House lawn.

President Biden appeared in North Carolina this morning to get a first-hand look at Helene’s destruction. It’s times like this that Joe will be missed by us comedians. I can see Joe surveying the devastating water and wind damage, and telling Carolinians that he once survived a flood in an Ark.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre bristled when told ICE revealed 425,000 illegal criminals are now in the U.S. including 15,000 convicted rapists and 15,000 murderers. We could be a little more appreciative of these criminals. They’re merely doing the crimes Americans refuse to do.

GOP VP candidate and Hillbilly Elegy author J.D. Vance began drawing heat from media this week as his crowds grew to large numbers after his debate victory. I read that after the VP debate, J.D. Vance's approval ratings skyrocketed in the Yahoo poll. He also does well with sophisticated voters.

Hillary Clinton was interviewed on CNN Sunday and she declared that if laws aren't passed in Congress to moderate speech and content on social media that we will lose control. She charges groups on the banquet circuit a $200,000 speaking fee. Hilary's topic is The Importance of Free Speech.

The White House drew charges of foot-dragging hurricane relief to Appalachia. The Democrats may be playing the long game. I think the reason that the White House is delaying helping the poor rural communities affected by the flood is because they are hoping to get rid of any future J.D. Vances.

The State Department offered citizens free flights out of Beirut Monday to escape any kidnapping attempts by Hezbollah. Officials said it had to be done because Beirut has no record of protecting U.S. citizens. When President Biden was told this he congratulated Hank Aaron on breaking Beirut's record.

The Daily Mail reported Kamala's husband Doug Emhoff forcefully slapped his girlfriend for flirting with another man while they stood in a valet line at the Cannes Film Festival in 2012. He maintains he didn't give her a slap, he was awarding her the Palm D'Or. It's the festival's highest award.

Donald Trump in his speech Saturday vowed to root out and deport illegal alien criminals and end the sanctuary status of U.S. cities. This country is changing faster than I prefer. Last night in Los Angeles, I went to the grocery store for apple pie and hot dogs and they were in the Ethnic Foods aisle.

The White House faced anger from reporters Monday over the slow distribution of hurricane aid to western North Carolina. Today FEMA is sitting on billions of unused disaster relief money which leaves the Biden Administration facing a difficult choice. Do they give it to Lebanon or Ukraine?

Kamala Harris went on a media blitz this week with 60 Minutes, The View and the Howard Stern Show. Last weekend she did podcasts with Gen Z women. One of the young women asked Kamala how much you should spend on a bottle of wine and Kamala replied, I don't know, about twenty minutes.

Dick Cheney left the GOP to back Kamala while Elon Musk switched from Democrat to back Trump. It's easy to see who won this trade. Republicans got Elon and the Democrats got Dick.

Vietnamese refugees in Iowa say they changed their surnames from Tran to Trump to honor the King. I tell you, foreigners see the presidency a lot more clearly than we do.

I'm fine with LA's cloud cover in the fall. If I want to look up at night and see all the beautiful lights across the sky, I'll move to Lebanon.

Thousands of migrant farm workers are now heading north in preparation for the ballot harvest.

Kamala Harris released her health report. They suggest she take a strong sedative on November 6th.

In a time of universal deceit - telling the truth is a revolutionary act.

Seventeen Techniques for Truth Suppression

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.
