The Worst Mistake Of Joe Biden's Career Becomes Clear

President Joe Biden’s worst career mistake became clear this week, and it should serve as a cautionary tale for young men.

Uncle Joe’s political career is cooked. His legacy is already lost. And this week showed it. In his first official cabinet meeting in over a year, First Lady Jill Biden sat at the head of the table. Biden was then forced to appear on ABC’s “The View,” where the hosts treated him like a child and where he admitted he is still in denial about how his own party kicked him off the ballot. It was so undignified you pitied the man.

But Biden brought this upon himself by making a strategic career error that might cost his legacy for future generations.

Instead of resigning a year ago, maybe even two years ago, when the lights behind his eyes really started to fade, Biden clung to power even though he was just a senile vessel, used by his administration to rubber-stamp the party’s left-wing agenda. He lost his agency. He became impotent and, in the process, embarrassed himself, especially during his first and only debate against Donald Trump in June. Biden had the chance to be honest with the American people, and shoot straight: I am too old now to be president, it is my time to resign before I become too absent and unfit.

He did the opposite: he lied about his ability for years, sticking around way even though he was long gone mentally.

Biden had an obsession for becoming President.  He's been running for President since 1984.  Only the cold steel talons of Nancy Pelosi could pry the Presidency from Biden's desperate clutches.

The current generation of leaders aren't good at succession planning because they love the money and the power.  They stay well beyond their Best-If-Used-By date or they select a suplicant who will continue their legacy at the expense of other stakeholders.

The most successful corporate succession that I have seen is Satya Nadella replacing Steve Ballmer at Microsoft.  Tim Cook has managed to keep Apple on the rails after Steve Jobs' death.

Some failures ... IBM (Ginni Rometty), GE (Jeff Immelt), Starbucks (Schultz had to return), Disney (Iger had to return)

From the article:
"I am too old now to be president, it is my time to resign before I become too absent and unfit."

Heh.
The time ol' white joe should have said this was on January 21, 2021.

His political career was toast a long time ago.  What has he ever succeeded at other than lying and manipulating?  His failures followed him. Besides, I still don't believe he honestly won the election, so even that was a lie.
