This congressman can only be trying to get Haitians to elect him in November.

It dawns on me that if there wasn't a bunch of illegal Haitians in Springfield, there might not be a problem.

It seems to me that if there were no truth in any of what Trump has said about the Haitians in Springfield there wouldn’t be any tearing of the community apart because they would know it was malarkey. So if the community is being torn apart it can only be because there is at least some truth in what Trump is saying.
