She was dating Willie Brown by 1994, the year he appointed her to the Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board and the California Medical Assistance Commission. She was not elected District Attorney (for San Francisco) until 2003. She first was elected Attorney General for the State of California in 2010.

When she met and started seeing Brown, she was only an assistant in the Alameda County DA's office.

Truth is, she had no significant accomplishments at all to that point, other than graduating from law school. Until she met Willie Brown, she was an entry-level assistant district atty in Oakland, Caliif., her first job out of law school. If she was like other entry-level assistant prosecutors I've known, she probably started off handling traffic offenses and was working her way up the DA's office professional ladder like everyone else in the office (including those who weren't schtupping Willie Brown). That's not a criticism of her. It is just the way things go in prosecutors' offices.

In answer to your question, I prefer not to speculate on whom she may have "blown" in 2003 or 2010.

1.In 1990, Harris was hired as a deputy district attorney in Alameda County, California.  Harris did not start datiing Brown until  late 1993/early1994 and their relationship ended in 1996.

She won DA of San Franscisco in 2003-an elected posoition. She won Attornery General in 2010-an elected position, 14 years after she stopped dating Brown.  Brown did put her on some boards and such, not denying that. That is very common in politics. 90% of board members I know are there due to family or friends connection.

To say that harris gave bj's to brown for these 3 lawyer positions is outright lies especially when Brown was out of office in 2004 and she rec the deputy assistant in Almeda cty job 3-4 years before they met
