Brazilian Illegal Charged With Raping Child on Martha’s Vineyard – After Being Released From Prison

Federal authorities have arrested an illegal alien from Brazil who is suspected of raping a child on Martha’s Vineyard – after he was released into the U.S. by Border Patrol and served time for another offense in Massachusetts.
Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) recently announced the apprehension of 24-year-old Warley Neto on the posh, ultra-liberal enclave off Cape Cod.
Neto was picked up by Border Patrol after illegally entering the U.S. near Paso Del Norte, Texas, on March 11, 2018.
He was issued a notice to appear before a federal immigration judge in the future and freed into the interior after 48 hours.
