Biggest Traitors to the Conservative Cause – the McCain Family or the Cheney Family?
Rusty Weiss

The Kamala Harris campaign has been actively courting some of the biggest Republican retreads they can find to earn their endorsement. The race has led them to scrape the bottom of the barrel with once revered political family names.

Earlier this week, the son of late Republican Senator John McCain, Jimmy McCain, offered a voice of support for the Vice President.

"I feel that Kamala Harris and Tim Walz embody a group of people that will help make this country better. That will take us forward. That's really what matters at the end of the day," he said.

Not to be outdone was the dynamic Cheney duo – Liz and Dick – who came out of the closet as full-throated Harris supporters as well.

In doing so, the former vice president issued a statement nearly indiscernible from something you might expect from an AOC or an apoplectic Rashida Tlaib. It’s shameful, frankly.

A distinction without substantial difference, IMO. John McCain back-stabbed GWB and Trump because McCain was bitter that he had lost in the 2000 primaries and 2008 Presidential election. Liz and Dick hate that Trump won in 2016 instead of whoever they preferred, and Liz is bitter that her Hate-Trumpery led to her being primaried and being tossed out by Wyoming voters.

Since impotent bitterness and anger is their chosen posture, :silly: ing at it is the best response.

Millions now living should have died. Anti-Covid-Vaxxer ghouls hardest hit.

Conservatism died when Tom Delay was falsely tarred, feathered, and railed a few decades ago.

The whole lot of them since, have less fiscal responsibility than drunken weekend sailors.

I was in there, in the home of the then Ft. Bend County Chair, when Tom DeLay decided to run for congress. It's a travesty what the establishment let happen to that fine man!

The fact the quislings at the GOP allowed "The Hammer"'s demise, is just more proof of how deeply corrupt our government is.  Dims, GOP, Indy's.....    They are all only in it for themselves, and will spend the treasury dry for another term.

McCain flip-flopped on illegal immigration.

Dick "Yellow Cake Uranium" Cheney deceived the American public to convince Congress that America needed to conduct an unnecessary, protracted, expensive, strategic failure of a non-Constutional war of foreign adventure that cost American lives and causes life-long harm and difficulty for veterans and their families.

Cheney was Vice-President for a Bush 43 Administration that expanded Big Government with Medicare Part-D that did not allow for price negotiations,  and that socialized business losses during the 2008/2009 Financial Crisis.

My vote is for the Cheney-Haliburton-Goldman Sachs Family.  They caused the greater harm.

Impossible to tell IMHO. Both are nothing more than a bunch of worthless grifters.

Tough call.  My detestation of the McStains is the stuff of FR/TBR legend.  I never trusted the Cheneys either, after Cheney was given the job of vetting VP candidates for Bush the Junior, and then announced that he, himself, should be Veep.

Too bad Cheney didn't get a vasectomy in 1964.

As you know, I also detest John Sydney McCain III for the same reasons you do and many more.

Yes.  I always steered clear of accusations of his behavior at the Hanoi Hilton, because I was never in the military.  When he ditched his disabled wife (who never gave up trying to bring her husband home) and entered politics, though, it was "game on."

The SOB would have wound up a third rate used car salesman but for his father and grandfather.

You were ahead of your time.  I supported the GOP cabal until it became loud and clear that Bush-Cheney's foray into the WOT was one of the biggest political mistakes of our lifetime.

Hate to say I was duped, but it is what it is

How do you think I feel now? I was on the ballot when G. W. was elected governor of Texas. Shared the stage with him many times and now the SOB won't even endorse against the Commie! I was naive as hell thirty years ago but that has been beaten out of me since.

I was asked to run Dole's '92 campaign against GHWB on this side of the. state.  Not enough time, nor do I have the temperment to do politics.  I have a bad habit of saying what is on my mind.

Same with local.  I've had a dozen requests to run for MUD Commission.  HELL NO

He was a lousy pilot who thought he was a Top Gun, and likely a traitor when he was a POW.  He would have washed out of Flight School but for his pedigree.

  • Dems-greatest existential threat to USA republic!
McCains, Cheneys, and Bushes are/were all self serving grifters.  Not a single patriot among the bunch.  The Bushes favored the Nazis back in the day.  Jr protected every bin Laden family member post 9/11, and saw to it they were safely transported from the USA.  The Bush involvement with the Carlyle Group is at best suspicious and more likely one more act of treason.

Cheney routinely (along with Bush's approval) violated USA law regarding contracts for services in Afghanistan and Iraq, awarding contracts to Haliburton without  the proper competitive requirement being met by law.  This should have landed both in prison!!!

I consider all of them enemies of the USA.  True traitors.  Anyone that listens to a single word from any family member of these globalists should wake the **** up!!!
