Why 'General' Kamala Harris lost over 90 percent of her staff as Vice President

Vice President Kamala Harris and her reputation of mistreating staff continues haunting her newly-discovered 'joyful warrior' political brand, as she makes her final push to get elected President of the United States.

The Washington Post confirms past reports that more than 90 percent of Harris’s vice-presidential staff who started working for her in early 2021 have since left the office.

The Harris team has tried to push the image of Harris as a kindly, jovial 'Momala', despite her nasty reputation as an alleged 'soul-destroying' workplace 'bully'.

Behind the recent public self-branding of Harris as a kindly, jovial 'Momala', she has earned a nasty behind-closed-doors reputation as an alleged 'soul-destroying' workplace 'bully'.

That translates to a 92 percent staff turnover rate – and, say critics, is a likely sign that the issues on Team Harris have more to do with her than anyone else.

As far back as the 2010s, when Harris served as California's Attorney General, she was allegedly known for running a 'toxic' workplace.

Barbara O'Connor, a professor at California State University, Sacramento claimed that students who worked for Harris as interns frequently came back to her crying and saying that they 'felt they weren't valued.'

Terry McAteer, a former school superintendent in California, wrote in a 2019 op-ed that his son experienced the real Harris when he worked for her as an intern. 

Harris insisted that her staff stand every morning to greet her and say “good morning, general” and did not allow her junior staff to look her in the eye. She also had the propensity to throw around 'f-bombs,' as part of her daily routine, according to the op-ed.

I worked as an intern at the  Ohio State house in the early 80's for a state representative for 10 months.

Huge turn over in every office is very common. Many of the people are interns to begin with  who work for 3-4-6 months.  6 months in and I was one of the oldest in senioraty our office except for several  women.  Look how  many staff members Trump lost in his 4 years.

Oh the stories I could tell. The after hours parties every Thursday. Stories you hear of affairs, people screwing, drugs  in offices are real.
