US economy created 818,000 fewer jobs than previously reported
Labor Department releases key payroll data

Why the economy is slowing, not breaking
Matt Orton of Raymond James Investment Management explains why he is optimistic about the U.S. economy on "Mornings with Maria."

U.S. job growth during much of the past year was significantly weaker than previously reported, according to new data published Wednesday.

The Bureau of Labor Statistics revised down its total tally of jobs created in March by 818,000 as part of its preliminary annual benchmark review of payroll data.

It marks the largest downward revision since 2009, and suggests the labor market began losing steam earlier than initially thought.

It marks the largest downward revision since 2009, and suggests democrats have been lying for 4 years.

And the timing of the release is perfect to undercut the Shamala.

I think it is doubtful that the DEM voting base will even pay attention. Many are on the government dole, and they are caught up in keeping that flow of money coming in and nothing else.  They could care less about jobs. Others I believe will get caught up with the once again promise of 'hope and change'....it worked before, it'll work again.

I think the MSM and the DEMS have quickly moved Harris away from any affiliation with Bidenomics.

Live in  harmony with one another; do not be haughty, but associate with the lowly, do not claim to be wiser than you are.  Do not repay anyone evil for evil, but take thought for what is noble in the sight of all.  If it is possible, so far as it depends on you, live peaceably with all.

Nothing to see here. Just the the current US Secretary of Commerce saying she's unaware of the report that revised job creation down by more than 800K over the last year - on top of the ongoing monthly revisions...
In a normal administration this would be a five-alarm fire

Reporter: Nearly a million jobs "created" since Kamala took office do not exist.
Raimondo: “I don’t believe it because I’ve never heard Trump say anything truthful.”
Reporter: "It is from the Bureau of Labor."
Raimondo: "I'm not familiar with that."

According to the 2020 census, the 818,000+ people who just disappeared from the labor rolls since the last employment report would represent the 18th largest city in America. More people than live in Seattle, Denver, Nashville, Boston, Las  Vegas, DC, etc.
