Situational awareness memos went out across border patrol warning agents of unmanned aircraft dropping explosives just across the southern border.

The violence stemming from infighting within the Sinaloa cartel across from Arizona—Los Salazar members are dropping explosives on members of Los Pelones according to the memo.

Members of the group were reportedly in an armed altercation with Mexican federales before coming to the U.S. border to surrender to Border Patrol agents—One of them was carrying 3-thousand rounds of ammunition. The individuals claimed they witnessed drones dropping explosives near their location which prompted them to run to the U.S.

An air force general testified during a senate armed services committee hearing that more than 1,000 drones are coming across the southern border every month—Which he warned was a “growing” potential threat to national security.

I have reached out to CBP for more information/comment—I have not heard back.

Actually, this presents a wonderful opportunity for the US to develop counter drone tech and tactics.
Considering the Ukrainians' use of drones in the war with Russia, and how that has changed the battlefield, developing those counter drone techniques seems like a good idea.

I'd bet most of them, directly or indirectly...and their little deep state dogs, too. The legislators abdicated their responsibility to make the laws and the administrators get to craft the rules. Then some of the judges play on that team, too.

Recent announcements of new stealthy aircraft (SR72, that Grumman drone).
Places like the Skunk Works and Area 51 that ordinary folks would be arrested (or worse) if they got too close. All this technology designed to secure the USA.

Yet we have all kinds of "drones" flying on the southern border (some across it, I'll reckon), some reported to be carrying explosives... and there's little that we DO about it?

One of the things Mr. Trump should do (presuming he has the luck to get re-elected in spite of The Party's underground and above-ground election apparatus) is to militarize the southern border.

ALL of it, from the Gulf to the Pacific, covering an area from the border itself to about 10-15 miles north.

If necessary, put that area under some reduced form of martial law and governance.

And then go in there with as many troops as necessary and clean it up.

Do you REALLY want the invasion stopped?
If so, how in heck do you think it's going to be done?

If the National Guard can be called in for other instances of massive scale lawbreaking then they can be deployed to secure the border. The only question from there is of ROE.

Like I said before, they need to organize some skeet drone shooting on the border. I can see it being very very popular, aside from the regular enjoyment of shooting things out of the sky who doesn't like a good explosion?
