 "We don't like who is on the court. So, we want to change the rules.
Of course, if it were our people on the court in a pronounced majority, we'd be condemning Republicans who would want to change things."

What's the point of being a liberal if you can't be a hypocrite?

Other than SCOTUS, congress has the power to reshape everything about the federal judiciary. SCOTUS is a completely different ballgame and the ONLY power they have there is impeachment.
