UPDATE - Starbuck exposes the DEI nonsense at Toyota

Robby Starbuck
@robbystarbuck
Wow. This @Toyota document says that ALL executives and employees received MANDATORY "basic training of LGBTQ+".

The document also says they have an "ALLY registration system" for LGBTQ+ allies and an LGBTQ+ group that conducts "education and enlightenment activities."

Much more coming soon. Executives would be very wise to stop this insanity now and make a public announcement of serious changes. I would be very happy because I prefer covering positive stories about companies making real changes.

Ah, he!! no! Not Harley Davidson. 9999hair out0000
The prices of used bikes (some not very used) are dropping like lead balloons. This could be a buying opportunity. Eventually, the brands will get over this BS and recover, if not as robust as before. If not, with a bit of tinkering, I'll have a badass rototiller...

Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

What the heck does this have to do with motorcycles??

It sure sounds like CEO Jochen Zeitz admits that he took the Harley job because it was an opportunity to transform an American icon into embracing wokeness and DEI.   ... "As diverse as we could possible be as a brand and a business, and celebrate diversity and inclusion… That’s one of the reasons why I took the job because I believe in an incredible American icon and the transformation and the opportunity to contribute positively to a very divisive society."   ...

It's a (excuse the expression) back door assault on "toxic masculinity" just like "Brokeback Mountain" was there to tear down the iconic ambience of the cowboy.

Eff'em. Those people seem to make a point of messing with everything decent about America--they glory in it.
