Roe vs Wade wasn't crap. Can the US Senate overturn a US Supreme Court reversal of a "precedent"?
If America is a nation of "laws", where are the damn laws? Precedents, Executive Orders, Accords, Rules, Regulations, Policies, Proceedures, etc., are NOT laws authored, debated, amendended, and approved by Congress and signed by the President.
It is the House of Representatives is the body that represents the People, the US Senate represents the States, and President executes laws, but does not write them.
