You're welcome & thanks, Scott!
(He actually turned to look at the big screen which was showing images of charts of illegal immigrant counts given to him by WI senator Ron Johnson)
Noted. ;D
I've read he DOES utilize a TelePrompTer, though. But NOT to provide his dialogue; he does not give speeches by reading them off his TelePrompTer.
Instead, he stores notes, data--specifics pertaining to the precise location he is speaking from.
The only time he gives speeches directly through a TelePrompTer is during State of the Union addresses, or other venues which demand a prepared, pre-written speech (such as the D-Day anniversary speeches).
BTW, I think the "big screen" you referenced is a reflection--an echo--of what is currently on his TelePrompter. I could be wrong, but I think that's how it works. It's plugged into the "Jumbotron"--the giant electronic screens you typically see used at his rallies. It's all very complex.
Bottom line: No, he certainly does not just parrot speeches word for word using a TelePrompTer, the way Demoncrat politicians routinely do.
