Could we compare perhaps this with the dilemma that Churchill and Roosevelt have had to choose between Stalin and Hitler using that same logic during WW2?
Do you believe the US and UK would have simply said since they despise Communism they would have refused to help Russia defeat the Nazis?
Would that have won the war for the Allies?
That's a crock of crap. Nothing the same at all.
In fact my exercise of my sovereignty - HOWEVER I damn well choose, is my own, and no one else's. No strategery, no cock and bull scenarios. Just the simple and honest exercise of my own power to choose my own destiny as I see fit. No weight of nations, no directive of party, none of that crap.
My vote is my own. I will lend it to your cause for a price. That's all you get, and that's all you deserve.
And that price is the support of Conservative principles. Nothing else.
If you can't do that much, then we part ways, simple as that.
And that is only as it should be. What purpose would there be in voting against the very things I stand upon? There is no profit in that.
