Outside a Clinton Hill migrant shelter in Brooklyn, NY.

Residents have been reporting to me that escorts and sex workers have been walking around the location and have been spotted having sex with people out in the open.

Some residents have told me they have complained to the city council members about issues stemming from migrant shelters and we're called xenophobic.
