Any thoughts as to why Biden a.) only spoke for 4 minutes (!) b.) took no questions and c.) didn’t speak at 9pm (as is customary) so viewers could watch on west coast? Any ideas at all? Anything jump out to you?

I don't know if there's ever been a president who gave primetime address from the White House about the need to reject a ruling from the Supreme Court

That was the most reckless thing I've seen from any administration

Interesting interview -- certain people have been questioning Joe's demise and others are saying how sharp he is.  So, what he displayed during the debate was obviously Biden in great decline. Was that on purpose to replace him?  After all, he was prepped for a week and the debate was a disaster. His decline has been noticeable and you can't tell me that those closest to him that say how sharp he is haven't noticed.  They are out and out lying!!! He's been their puppet, there's just no denying that.

Well, spray tanning the man isn't going to cover up his dementia! It's not going to keep him from mumbling, stuttering, slurring his words, tripping up stairs or falling off a bicycle. Nor will it keep him from shuffling and going in the wrong direction. 

There is no fixing Joe anymore.  He is beyond that point.  They can try to keep him hidden away for the next few months in hopes that people will forget what they saw of him during the debate.

I have a feeling that Joe won't debate Trump again.  They can't risk it.

The top Dem brain trust got Biden out there to show the public that he's still in charge. The worst thing was that they interrupted the wife and my viewing of our favorite game show, Wheel Of Fortune, for Biden squawking (falsely) about the SC ruling making presidents kings.
It did no such thing. It simply reiterated the constitutional conditions for presidents......when they're doing things within their presidential province, they cannot be prosecuted. When they do things not in the constitution, like ordering murders of private citizens, they're liable.
