T-bones are good. I looked at Farmer Joe's ad - they have Braveheart Black Angus Potterhouse for $12.99/lb. and T-bones for $11.99/lb. --- not exactly the $6.99/lb., but for Angus -- it's a pretty decent price.  I'll pick up a couple of each - and that still takes a big chunk out of the ole budget.

Was at COSTCO this morning for my Deer Park water run and noticed the PRIME rib-eyes are now $80 for pack of 5.   

But ... that's roughly $16.00/rib-eye.  Really not too bad if the quality is there.

The time to go to Costco and Sams for sales on steaks or any other meat is Monday...they stock their meat counters starting Thurs for the weekend...then reduce what doesn't sell on Mon...

When you live by yourself, freezing 4 steaks long-term, just to save $10 per steak isn't sound budgeting.

Totally disagree.  The straight out fraud committed in the 2020 voting has to remain in the news cycles, because one day voting with ID and a purple dyed index finger are apparently not kosher.

Whether one believes Trump was robbed or not, there’s no denying that the 2020 election was a mess and things were allowed to happen that should not have been allowed

The mass mail in voting for one. Ballot  boxes all over the place inviting mischief is another. And another is what the Pennsylvania Supreme Court did, and that is near the election,  change the dates that were agreed upon by the legislature the deadline date for mail in ballots

And I won’t leave out the Zuckerberg Ballot harvesting

And what dumb idea is it that you shouldn’t have to have a verifiable address or an ID when voting?

A lot of this should’ve been challenged by the Trump campaign before the election, but they didn’t. And Trump discouraging people from voting early, didn’t help him, either. Mail in ballots and early voting heavily favored Biden as a result

Covid was used as an excuse for every dumb idea regarding the economy, spending, and elections

Rick Scott is up for re-election and is being challenged by 2 other Republicans, so for that reason alone I'll go to the ballot box in November.  I also will be researching some of the local candidates.  Our sheriff who I'm not exactly fond of anymore is so far unopposed. He does lean more conservative. There are 3 judges up for election, but none of them are being challenged.

So as of now, I am still planning on voting down ballot.  After some of the dust settles after his conviction and learn of his fate and if he is still nominated at the Convention he'll win FL anyways, so my vote isn't going to make any difference. There is no 3rd party candidate that I'd voted for either.
