WTF?
Isn't that what precipitation does?
How much is this Green New Squeegie going to cost us, only to fail?
Moisture moderates temperatures. Along the coast, the Ocean temperatures make it more temperate in Winter and cooler in Summer. Dry air allows temperatures to change faster and can make temperature changes more extreme.
During Winter, the Dew Point is the lowest temperature that air can fall to. On dry, cloudless, windless nights, radiational cooling allows Winter temperatures to drop precipitously after sunset.
Man is not omnipotent enough to regulate the Earth's climate with a thermostat, humidifier, and de-humidifier. Then there's the volcano, solar cycle, and asteroid strike problems.
