The only thing I can think of is if they are getting money from Sephora.

I agree...I don't wear make-up any more as a rule. When I put it on it looks funny. I do have a friend that puts on "her face" every day.

You're probably correct; maybe Kohl's is renting space to Sephora.   

As for make-up if I feel like crappola I don't put it on even if I'm going out somewhere (not like I have a full social calendar anyways).

The make-up I do put on, I put it on lightly and it looks decent on my face.  It's taking it off at night that becomes a pain.

Macy's like almost all brick and mortar stores will shutter completely in a short span of time.  Too much cost.

We are in a period of eliminating the workforce in the USA.  It will not be long before the efforts to eliminate humanity will be a full time effort.  The UGLY TRUTH of Cyberdine in the movie Terminator is becoming reality.  I can actually see what was sci-fi becoming reality in 20-40 years, where intelligent machines hunt humans down and exterminate us.

Hell, the Bill Gates of the world would welcome that right this moment to save the planet earth!
