I suppose 'California's' soft on crime policies are also responsible for NY, Chicago, Detroit, etc., etc., etc.? How about people take responsibility for turning their cities into toilet bowls through their own voting for democrats and Soros funded lunacy? But no let's blame California, the Bogeyman responsible for all of America's problems.....sounds like Biden talking about Trump.
