Harvard Alumni Sue University Over Antisemitism On Campus Ian MillerPublished February 21, 2024 5:22 PM EST
https://www.outkick.com/analysis/harvard-alumni-sue-university-over-antisemitism-on-campusA group of Harvard University alumni are suing the school for eroding the value of their diplomas. And subjectively, it sure seems like they have an outstanding case. According to the Jerusalem Post, ten alumni filed a lawsuit on Wednesday over the rampant antisemitism problem rapidly spreading on campus. They also alleged that anti-Israel sentiment and support for terrorism had been encouraged throughout the university. The suit claims that the university violated an implied contract with alumni generated by Harvard policies and other materials promising to maintain and grow the school's reputation. But now that Harvard students and faculty have openly supported antisemitism, multiple major companies have publicly stated that they won't hire alumni or will downgrade the value of a Harvard degree. Harvard, as one of the most extreme left-wing institutions, has led the charge towards tolerating and encouraging antisemitism under the guise of "anticolonialism." If this lawsuit is successful, it could open the floodgates for other suits challenging the financial ramifications of the concerning and inexcusable rise of university sponsored bigotry.
