That's a another reason why they are terrified of another Trump administration.
The feds have the ability to track down people who weren't within 300 yards of the Capitol steps that January 6th, so they sure as hell have the means to track down the REAL organizers of all these mayhem 'protests' by antifa and Pro-Palestinian
goons.
WTF haven't they?? Because they sure aren't solely "analog" and certainly are using cellphones and social media. 
Likely NGO, 501C3, or government provided burners. (Ultimately, the NGOs and 501C3s get funding through Federal Grants and earmarks for community programs, anyway, so it's likely our money setting them up. Billions have gone unaccounted for while we buy ammo by the box...)
The Feds only see what they want to see, and there are a lot of places they just aren't looking, despite the billions of dollars in damages done by that set.
