Jack Russell, Great White Vocalist and Founding Band Member, Dies at 63

Russell's death was announced on his Instagram page on Thursday, Aug. 15. He had been struggling with Lewy body dementia and multiple system atrophy

What a horrible way to go, and so relatively young. I knew nothing of Russell's music, but feel bad for those who cared about him.

Yes, the club was in Rhode Island. I think a hundred people died in that fire. I'd imagine the band carried that weight, I think the band's agent or the promoter actually got jail time and actually plead guilty.

I remember SNL making fun of that thing he would do on his show... "Are you there caller?" as he points his microphone towards the ceiling.

My mom watched him in the 80's.

Edit: His show ran until 1996. I had no idea.

Watching the news this morning the recap of Donahue's talk show featured his activism in favor of cross dressing, early childhood sex education (grooming), abortion, socialism, anti-Americanism, nuclear freeze (unilateral American disarmament), homosexuality, lesbianism, unchecked immigration, confiscatory taxation, gun control including gun bans, socialized healthcare, banning home schooling, etc.
