Agreed.  The problem we are seeing now is that the mission has changed.  Instead of wiping out Hamas, the IDF is now trying to rescue hostages.  Big mistake.

Netanyahu is right.  But he is now facing unsurmountable political pressure to adopt whatever liberal position it takes to appease Hamas into giving up hostages, totally oblivious as to how those people became hostages in the first place.

The ONLY thing these islamo-terrorists understand is brute force.  Netanyahu has negotiated in good faith, only to be rejected because he was not willing to cede all of Israel to Hamas and evacuate every Jew from the Iran-proxy's territory.  And it saddens me that these Israeli protestors can't see that.

At this point, Netanyahu needs to go full blown Keyser Söze on Hamas.  Destroy Hamas.  Destroy anyone who looks like Hamas.  Destroy anyone who owes Hamas money.
 Destroy anyone who even reminds them of Hamas.  Kill every last one of them.  Kill their families.  Kill their pets.  Start doing that, and you will be surprised at how willing Hamas becomes to stop it.

Biden, from Beach Vacation: I ‘Worked Tirelessly’ to Bring Hersh Home

President Joe Biden issued a statement Saturday evening that he had “worked tirelessly” to secure the release of Hersh Goldberg-Polin and other murdered hostages, and claimed he would “keep working around the clock for a deal.”

Biden has been on vacation for two weeks — first in Santa Barbara, California, and second in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. It is not clear how he would have been “working tirelessly” or “around the clock” while on vacation.

His official statement follows, with emphasis added.

    Earlier today, in a tunnel under the city of Rafah, Israeli forces recovered six bodies of hostages held by Hamas. We have now confirmed that one of the hostages killed by these vicious Hamas terrorists was an American citizen, Hersh Goldberg-Polin.

    I am devastated and outraged. Hersh was among the innocents brutally attacked while attending a music festival for peace in Israel on October 7. He lost his arm helping friends and strangers during Hamas’ savage massacre. He had just turned 23. He planned to travel the world. I have gotten to know his parents, Jon and Rachel. They have been courageous, wise, and steadfast, even as they have endured the unimaginable. They have been relentless and irrepressible champions of their son and of all the hostages held in unconscionable conditions. I admire them and grieve with them more deeply than words can express. I know all Americans tonight will have them in their prayers, just as Jill and I will. I have worked tirelessly to bring their beloved Hersh safely to them and am heartbroken by the news of his death. It is as tragic as it is reprehensible. Make no mistake, Hamas leaders will pay for these crimes. And we will keep working around the clock for a deal to secure the release of the remaining hostages.

Biden has been keeping a low profile since dropping out of the presidential race in late July.

Goldberg-Polin was a dual U.S. and Israeli citizen. His body was found on Saturday in a tunnel underneath the city of Rafah, in Gaza, together with that of five other hostages. They had been shot in the head in the previous 48 hours, before Israeli soldiers could rescue them.

Agree, as I have firsthand insight from an Israeli friend living there that Bibi is being outgunned by the pacifists who wants priority to be the hostages.

A few weeks ago, Democrats cynically used the family of an American hostage as a prop at their convention, in order to convince Jewish voters the Biden/Harris administration is not as pro-Hamas as their policy has been. Yesterday, the terrorists murdered him, along with 5 other innocent Israeli hostages. Israeli officials released new information about the deaths of six hostages who had been kidnapped by Hamas terrorists last October, revealing horrific details about their final days in captivity.

An examination carried out by forensic experts found that after they had survived more than 10 months in Gaza, the six hostages were killed by Hamas terrorists between Thursday and Friday morning, according to the Israeli Health Ministry. They died from multiple close-range gunshot wounds, the ministry said.

Israel Defense Forces spokesman Nadav Shoshani said their bodies were discovered in a tunnel in Rafah, a city in the southern region of the Gaza Strip.

Five of the hostages, including Israeli American citizen Hersh Goldberg-Polin, had been abducted from the Nova music festival during Hamas’s brutal terrorist attack in Israel on Oct. 7. The sixth hostage was taken from a neighboring community.
