Colorado armed robbers' getaway car stolen during heist

On Saturday, an armed robbery in Commerce City, Colorado took an "unexpected and ironic twist" when the suspects' getaway car was stolen before the group could make off with their loot.

Two of the three people allegedly involved in the initial heist have since been arrested, however, their accomplice and the thief who nicked the vehicle are still at large.
 
"After three armed and masked individuals robbed the Hi Lo Check Cashing in the 7200 block of Monaco just before 11am," the Commerce City Police Department wrote in a post on Facebook, "officers infiltrated the area and quickly chased down and arrested two of the three suspects.
