Why the orcs thought it wise to store ordnance at a base that had been hit just a week before, I don't know, but that ordnance won't be hitting Ukraine. WRT the oil storage, note that it is near both a railroad depot and a major road. Ukraine is hitting these facilities frequently, possibly as the video suggests because they are less protected. The effects are a lot of oil/fuel not available for use and the orcs' ability to stage and distribute oil/fuel near active fronts is driven farther back from the fronts. It seems to be a thousand-cuts strategy.

This submarine was seriously damaged last September, to the point that it was uncertain whether Russia could repair it. Russia did, was in the stage of testing whether it was ready to return to commission, and she now appears to be rusting-with-the-fishes. Again, it may be repairable, though if water got inside the boat that will make salvage all the more difficult. Whether salvageable or scrap-worthy, she won't be firing Kalibr cruise missiles into Ukraine. Her hulk also occupies a repair facility, making it unusable.

WRT submarine Rostov-Been-Droned, it may take some time to learn how serious the damage actually is. The same submarine was hit almost a year ago by a cruise missile (IIRC) and was initially thought to be beyond repair. The Russians repaired it and were testing it to see if it was ready to be recommissioned. Rostov-on-Don might be scrap-worthy or it might have been near-missed but the crew submerged it to prevent further damage (like the US Asiatic Fleet did in late '41 and early '42 during bombing raids).
